Purpose, legal basis and storage of data for processing sent through:

Registration form

Purpose:

  • To register as a student in the course chosen by the user.
  • To publish your user name as a student on the training platform to identify you to other students and tutors.
  • To carry out accreditation procedures for the course taken.

Legal basis: Commercial agreement for taking training when registering using our registration form.

Storage: Until the course has been completed and diplomas have been issued and delivered, within the legally established deadlines.

Sending of emails

Purpose: To respond to your inquiries for information, to address your requests and to answer your queries or questions.

Legal basis: The user’s consent when they request information from us using our email address.

Storage: Until your request has been answered by email, if it does not generate further processing.

The obligation to provide us with your personal data and consequences of not doing so.

To supply personal data, the user must be at least 14 years of age or, where applicable, have sufficient legal capacity to enter into a contract.

We need the personal data requested to manage your requests and/or provide you with the services you may contract. We would be unable to assist you correctly or provide you with the service you have requested if you do not provide these data.

Recipients of your data

Your data will be passed to:

  • The private and public organisations necessary to provide the training courses and for their accreditation.
  • Others, if there is a legal obligation.

Rights in relation to your personal data

You may withdraw your consent at any time, when it has been granted for the processing of your data. In no case will withdrawal of this consent affect the execution of the subscription agreement or the relationships generated previously.

You can also exercise the following rights:

  • Request access to your personal data or their rectification when they are inaccurate.
  • Request their erasure when the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, among other reasons.
  • Request limitation of their processing under certain circumstances.
  • Object to the processing of your data for reasons related to your particular situation.
  • Request data portability in the cases provided for in the regulations.
  • Other rights recognised in the applicable regulations.

Where and how to exercise your rights: In writing to the controller at the postal or email address (as shown in section A), indicating the reference “Personal Data”, specifying the right you wish to exercise and the personal data concerned.

In case of disagreements with the company on the processing of your data, you can file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (www.agpd.es).
